The apartment we rent occupies the entire ground floor of the house. Its area is ​​100 m2. It consists of three comfortable bedrooms, two of which are double and one is single bed. There is also a large living room with a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with toilets. The living room opens onto a large terrace covering the front of the house. The apartment can accommodate two to five people. At no extra charge our guests can use multiple car parking space, barbecue, WiFi, as well as a variety of other amenities. We also offer bicycle and electric scooter rentals as well as walks with horses and participating in activities related to our animals, or seasonal fruit and mushroom picking.

In the morning, we will be happy to prepare you a breakfast that includes homegrown eggs, home made goat cheese made from the milk of our goats, ombolo (Istrian traditional ham), bacon, salads and other home-made products. Once a week, fresh sea fish is brought to our ranch, which we can prepare according to the wishes of our guests, on grill or in other ways. With all meals we offer homemade freshly baked bread!

The property is located in rural Istria, surrounded by vineyards, fields and forests. It is an ideal place for various activities – hiking, biking, or walking with our horse Trojan, to name a few. The location is also ideal for guests who want to explore Istrian historic towns or visit other interesting and exciting places. Inviting beaches are 15 to 20 km away from our ranch.
